Repair Service

We provide depot maintenance and free technical support for our 90si Secure Facsimile Gateway's as well as all older 90si's Manufactured by GTE and TSP (Time and Space Processing) before us.

90si Repair And Return Service Description

GateWay Fax Systems provides 24-hour-turn-around repair service for all Easy-Fax 90si's. Cost is $325 per unit, regardless of the failure. This includes any and all repairs necessary to bring your 90si back to our factory specifications - and return shipment. We will receive your unit, repair it and ship it back to you via UPS 2nd Day Air (CONUS) or USPS Priority Mail (OCONUS: takes about a week). You arrange for and pay for shipping to us. We accept the Government IMPAC VISA and Master Cards for payment. Please call or email us to receive a Return Authorization number and arrange for payment before you ship us any equipment.

Repair And Return Procedure
  1. Prepare the following information:
    • Name and Organization
    • Commercial phone and fax numbers
    • E-mail address
    • Street address
    • Return-to shipping address
    • Equipment model number
    • Equipment serial number
    • Description of failure
    • List of equipment the returned unit was being used with
  2. Fill out this RA Request Form or Call or E-Mail us for a Return Authorization (RA#) number, supplying the above information.
  3. Once you have your Return Authorization number we will provide you with a ship-to address for your repir.

NOTE: Please do not ship any equipment back before obtaining an RA#.
